"Le Cinciole" Chianti Classico IGT 2012 - 1 bottle

The Azienda Le Cinciole is positioned in the stronghold of Chianti Classico and has the best terroir in the direct vicintiy of Rempolla and Fontodi. As with all wineries of the Panzano municipality in Chianti, the Azienda Le Cinciole has been officially certified for biological cultivation since 2002: "Certificato biologico". The protected term "Classico" means "traditional" wine production. The 13ha vineyard of this product is situated at approx. 450 metres above sea level. The ground is loamy and on a rocky subsurface. The superficial loam compression created by weather influences, crumbles over the course of thousands of years into ever smaller fragments which today are typical of the ground of this vineyard. For Luca and Valeria Orsini,it has been an important concern for many years to work in keeping with nature to create a connection of quality, tradition and landscape. The Slow Food Wine Guide 2012 wrote: "The results achieved are in such a way satisfying that Le Cinciole belongs to the best vineyards of the region." This Chianti has now reached its prime maturity and should not be stored any longer.
