Emits a wonderful campfire atmosphere, warm and calm yet with the adventure never far away, very earthy, peat, ash, equally warming and woolly with it, cream, caramel, coffee and nuts, a fresh wind, flora – and always present are the beautiful reminders of sweet, dark berries. Laidback, tranquil adventure on the palate, juicy, sweet blueberries, blackcurrants, earthy, warm spice, but gets to grips with any dangers using its shrewd energy, gritty tannins abound, very vivacious, always ready, mineral tart and fresh acidity, but always full of this adventurous charm. Hats off! – or should we say hats on – and dive into a glass! Is just as much fun as a ride in a Land Rover!
