"St.Martin" Riesling Kreuznacher 2014 - 1 bottle

The vineyard is in the German cultivating region of the River Nahe (tributary of the Rhine). The Korrell family, originally from Spain, has been practising viticulture here for about 250 years. The name "Johanneshof" is a result of a Johannes Korrell, who was the first family member to enter the world of viticulture. The original agriculture mixed-operation was changed over to viticulture with the take-over by Wilfried Korrell in 1967. The business is now being run by the sixth family generation: Martin and Britta Korrell.

The vineyards span over 26 hectares of vines in various isolated farms, for example Paradies, Rosenberg, St. Martin, etc. The all-year-round maintenance of the foliage is of great significance. The reduced grape goods as a result of careful thinning reach processing by selective manual harvest.

  • Origin: Nahe, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany
  • Year: 2014 (year subject to change)
  • Grape variety: 100% Riesling
  • A good accompaniment to fish dishes, potato salad, chicken, pork, crustaceans and shellfish, smoked salmon, and also Sauerkraut
  • Content: 1 × 75 cl
