Noble, effortless and ripe allure, dark, soft fruit, cherries and berries, very harmonious, appears easy-going but with that certain something extra, leaves and herbs, peaty, a hint of liquorice, aware of its beauty. Obvious nobility on the palate, not stringent, very charming, playful balance, does not have to emphasise its greatness, silky tannins, slight acidity, impressive length. Splendid as a solo artist or as an accompaniment.
