Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2011 - 3 bottles

This Brunello has a clear and tantalising fragrance of raspberries and blossom: harmonious, soft, melodious, juicy, suppleness on the palate with a long and smooth finish. Timeless and good. Claudia Ferrero bought the small vineyard with her husband, Pablo Harri, in Montalcino, and has built it up over the last few years. Pablo is a known profile in Montalcino: At just almost twenty years old he was an oenologist at the world-famous Castello Banfi and for a number of other years at the top vineyard Col d'Orcia. Ferrero bought some very good vineyards from Col d'Orcia in order to realise the dream of producing his own wine. Gambero Rosso allotted 2 Bicchieri again and again for his wines, and Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator applaud his wines with 90 points and more. The leading wine magazine Vinum elevated these Brunello producers into the world elite. In the challenging year of 2008, Ferrero received this incredible score and was one of the top four of 250. Vinum imparted him with 18 points!
